Pipe conveyor belt is a new type of conveying belt which uses belt carcasses (Aramid, Fabric, Steel cord and etc. ) as skeleton, high elastic, high anti-abrasive and high strength rubber as working surface. It's mainly used in conveying powdery and granular materials and that are pollutive to the environment. when working, the rubber belt changes its form from flat to U shape and finally to pipe shape, folding the materials and realizing the process of enclosed.

Select carcass reinforcement according to conveying distance, take-up travel,belt tension rating

Fabric pipe belt (short length,low belt tension rating)

Steel cord pipe belt(long distance, high belt tension rating)
 

Select covers according to material type, temperature, and energy saving requirement 

Ambient low wear,acid/alkali resistant, heat resistant, flame resistant, energy saving low rolling resistance
